Business Models

Annual Subscription (SaaS)

Platform subscribed annually, including access, storage, alert push, and work order features. No need for self-hosted servers or maintenance personnel.

Suitable for factories, warehouses, farms, and property scenarios with stable monitoring points requiring long-term monitoring.

Project One-Time License

Licensed per project based on monitoring point count. Operates independently after delivery. Suitable for customers with project-based budgets.

Suitable for engineering contractors and equipment manufacturers who deliver monitoring modules with their equipment.

OEM White-Label Partnership

Equipment manufacturers purchase platform capabilities, replace branding and domain, and use as their own equipment's companion monitoring and alerting module.

Suitable for packaged equipment manufacturers of environmental protection devices, pump station units, cold storage units, and test rigs.

Custom Development & Integration

Add custom reports, integrate with customer's own MES/OA/work order systems, or adapt special equipment protocols based on requirements.

Suitable for mid-to-large customers with existing IT systems who need data integration and process alignment.

Pricing depends on monitoring type, point count, and subscription period. We don't make unfounded performance promises — we confirm your point list and alert requirements before quoting.

Pre-Sales FAQ

Do we need to buy our own hardware? Do you handle installation?

Sensors and DTU acquisition devices are procured independently or reused from existing equipment by the customer. We are responsible for platform integration, point configuration, and commissioning. On-site cabling and low-voltage work are typically handled by the customer or their existing contractor. We can provide placement recommendations and access requirement documentation.

Can we start with a small-scale pilot?

Yes, and we recommend it. A typical pilot scope is 1–3 key devices, a single shed, or one warehouse zone. First use 1–2 weeks of real data to calibrate alert specifications, then decide whether to scale up.

Will there be too many alerts? Are they noisy?

Threshold alerts work with delayed confirmation, trend analysis, and same-type merging to filter out short-term interference like door openings and equipment start/stop. During the trial run phase, we adjust thresholds based on field feedback until operators find the alerts useful.

Where is the data stored? Can we have private deployment?

The standard solution is cloud SaaS subscription, with data stored in a tiered time-series database and retained per subscription plan. For customers with explicit data residency requirements, lightweight private deployment can be evaluated — server conditions and O&M responsibility boundaries must be confirmed separately.

How much does a system like this cost?

Pricing depends on monitoring type, point count, and subscription period. It's priced per point or per device, with optional add-ons such as SMS alerts. After you provide us with a point list, we'll first provide a pricing range, then arrange a site survey.

Are you a hardware manufacturer?

No. ZHIYUAN is a software and solution service provider focused on the data collection, alerting, dashboard, and work order closed-loop layer. Our advantage is not being tied to any hardware brand — customers can freely choose sensors and DTUs based on site conditions, and we bring everything together: connect, analyze, alert accurately, and resolve completely.

Process Overview

What happens after you submit a request

  1. 1

Phone or WeChat discussion of site conditions

Confirm monitoring targets, point count, power supply, and network status to assess compatibility with existing solutions.

  2. 2

Receive monitoring point list and pricing estimate

We provide solution documentation, access methods, and pricing range based on point count and subscription period.

  3. 3

Live demo of a similar scenario

Online demo of the full process: data collection, real-time dashboards, alert push notifications, and work order handling.

  4. 4

    Small-scale pilot deployment

Start with key monitoring points to validate alerts and work order closed-loop. Scale up after effectiveness is confirmed.
